Gatehouse Estates are one of the oldest local independent Estate Agencies in the Huntingdon & St. Neots area. First established in Kimbolton in 1988 and then in Godmanchester in 1989 we’ve been around for a long time but always kept up with rapid and frequent changes to the industry and wider economy. The sales side of our business is lead by partner Phillip Malley who is fast approaching 30 years in the industry, most of it with Gatehouse. The letting side is lead by another partner, Helen Powell who is ARLA qualified, very experienced and able to advise on the ever changing laws surrounding letting residential property.
Phillip & Helen are assisted by our team:
Donna Griffiths, Property Manager, who liaises closely with all our landlords & tenants at all stages of the tenancy, alongside preparing many of our inventories, check outs and carries out routine inspections of the properties we manage.
Kim Wright is our Maintenance Co-ordinator and looks after any required repairs or scheduled maintenance.
